A historic brewery with a loyal following needed a digital presence that did justice to the beer, the building, and the brand. We delivered a bold, easy-to-navigate Webflow site that balances tradition with a fresh pour of personality.
Court Avenue Brewing Company is an iconic brewpub located in the heart of downtown Des Moines. Their beer is bold, their food is legit, and their story spans decades — but their website hadn’t aged as well as their stouts. We brought their digital presence up to par with the vibe and quality of the brewery itself.
The old site was outdated, hard to update, and didn’t reflect the lively, community-driven vibe of the brewpub. It lacked mobile responsiveness, menu integration, and a clear call to action for events, reservations, or merchandise.
The new design brings out the grit and warmth of the brewery — with layered textures, subtle motion, and a bold serif header font that matches the branding on their cans.
We leaned into warm tones, gritty textures, and big imagery — capturing the character of the space and the flavors of their brews. Every touchpoint, from hero sections to footer calls-to-action, was designed to invite users into the CABCo story.
We also added a custom beer menu CMS collection that allows the CABCo team to update tap lists in real time, without needing to call a developer.
From hops to homepage, Court Avenue Brewing now has a digital vibe as good as the one inside their historic taproom.
