What discovery calls cover.

How much traffic do we need for CRO?+
Rough floor: 20,000 monthly unique sessions on the page you want to test, or ~300 conversions/month. Below that, tests take too long to reach statistical significance and you're better off investing in traffic first. We'll audit this honestly — no point starting a program that can't produce signal.
What testing tools do you use?+
VWO and Optimizely for client-side tests. For server-side or high-sensitivity tests, we use PostHog or custom (Next.js + feature flags). Heatmaps and sessions: Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity. Tool choice depends on your stack and volume.
How is this different from A/B testing our landing pages ourselves?+
Three things: (1) we design variants based on research, not guesses; (2) we enforce statistical rigor — never peek, 95% confidence, sample-size calculators; (3) we ship winners to production and document learnings. Most in-house testing hits a plateau at "we tried some things and nothing moved" — we skip that.
Will you touch code in our website?+
For variants: yes, inside the testing tool. For winning variants that ship: we can push to your repo, or hand specs to your team — whichever you prefer. Most clients have us ship for the first 6 months, then their team takes over.
What if tests don't win?+
~30% of tests don't win — that's normal. Losing tests teach us what doesn't matter to your customers, which is a form of compounding knowledge. If we had a 100% win rate we'd be lying about the statistics. The program is built to learn from both.
Can we do CRO on paid landing pages?+
Yes — this is often the highest-ROI spot. Paid traffic is expensive, and a 20% conversion lift directly compounds with your ad spend. We coordinate with the Paid Media team if you have one — ours or someone else's.
