Turn the traffic you already have into 2× the revenue.
Paid traffic is expensive. Organic is slow. CRO is the third, usually-ignored lever — and the only one with a near-guaranteed payback. We find what's leaking, fix it, prove it with data.
CRO done by people who design, not just analysts.
Most CRO agencies hand you a spreadsheet of "hypotheses" and expect you to design, build, and ship them. We do all three under one roof.
How Dinko does CRO
- Full research program (heatmaps, sessions, surveys)
- Hypotheses tied to actual user friction
- We design & build the variants — you ship
- Statistical rigor (95% confidence, never peek)
- Learnings compound: wins become defaults
Typical CRO consultancies
- 50-page best-practices reports, no design work
- You build the variants yourself
- Tests ended at 68% confidence
- Button-color, font-size, headline-swap tests
- No post-test ship — "the marketing team owns that"
Six pillars. Compounding lift.
1 · User Research
Heatmaps (Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity), session recordings, exit surveys, on-site polls. We see the friction before we hypothesize.
- Heatmap setup + analysis
- Session recording program
- Exit + on-site surveys
2 · Funnel Analysis
Every step, drop-off point, and segment. We find the worst-performing steps and fix those first.
- GA4 funnel audit
- Segment-level breakdowns
- Device / source / cohort views
3 · Hypothesis Backlog
Prioritized test queue tied to PIE / ICE scoring. Every hypothesis has a "because we observed X" rationale.
- PIE / ICE prioritization
- Hypothesis written with evidence
- Expected lift estimate
4 · Variant Design
Hi-fi variant designs by Dinko designers. Not a mockup — production-ready.
- Figma variant designs
- Full mobile + desktop
- Edge case handling
5 · Build & Test
Optimizely, VWO, or in-code. We build the variant, QA it, launch the test, watch the results.
- VWO / Optimizely setup
- QA across devices/browsers
- Stat-sig monitoring
6 · Ship & Learn
Winning variants become production default. Losing variants teach us what doesn't work. Everything goes into the playbook.
- Production ship of winners
- Test-result documentation
- Quarterly learnings review
Sites we rebuilt around the conversion.
Lead-gen sites for home improvement and home services — including two generations of the same brand, redesigned around what the data said. Click any of them for the full case study.
When CRO pays for itself — and when it doesn't.
Conversion rate optimization pays for itself when you already have traffic and a measurable action. The honest floor is roughly 20,000 monthly sessions on the page you want to test, or about 300 conversions a month. Below that, a test can't reach the 95% statistical confidence we hold every result to before it ships — you'd be reading noise and calling it a win. If your site sits under that line, the right move is visibility first: local SEO or paid media to build the sample size, then testing to compound it.
The second question is what to test. Button color never wins. What moves the number on contractor, clinic, and home-services sites is friction removal: cutting a form down to the fields you will actually act on, putting the phone number where a thumb already rests, moving proof — reviews, licenses, finished-job photos — above the decision instead of below it, and killing the slow mobile load a homeowner on a job site never waits out. We ran 143 tests in 2025 and the rule hasn't changed: structural changes move the number, cosmetic ones don't. That's why every hypothesis here starts from a heatmap, a session recording, or an exit survey — never from a best-practices list.
CRO also decides what the rest of your marketing is worth. A conversion lift on a paid landing page compounds with every dollar of ad spend, because the same click, bought at the same price, simply produces more. That's why Conversion is its own pillar in the Trust System™ — traffic you can't convert is a cost, not an asset. And when the research says the page itself is the problem (thin content, a slow phone load, no clear next step), the answer is a website rebuild, not a testing program layered on a broken foundation. We'll tell you that before you sign, not six months in.
Expect losses. Roughly 30% of tests don't win, and anyone promising otherwise is either peeking at results early or testing something that never mattered. The program is designed so losing tests still pay: each one narrows what your customers actually care about, and that learning carries into the next design. Start with the free conversion audit — heatmap review, funnel walkthrough, and the three bottlenecks we'd fix first, read off your data instead of a template.
