How long until I see results?+

What's included versus paid separately?+
Your monthly fee covers all six pillars — strategy, technical, content, authority, local, and reporting. Paid ad spend, third-party tool licenses (if you want your own), and major site redesigns are billed separately.
Do I need a new website first?+
Not always. In our audit we tell you honestly. Some sites need a rebuild before SEO makes sense (and we'll say so); others just need the foundation work we do as part of a normal engagement. About 40% of new SEO clients don't need a redesign.
Who writes the content?+
Humans write it. We have staff writers for generalist topics and bring in subject-matter experts for specialized fields (medical, legal, technical trades). AI assists with research and outlines — it never writes published copy. You review and approve every piece before it ships.
Can I cancel if it's not working?+
Our standard SEO engagement is 12 months — because that's how long it takes. We've never had a client ask to cancel mid-engagement, but the contract includes a 60-day cancellation clause for mutual fit issues. No clawbacks, no data hostage.
What if I'm already ranking well?+
Then we focus on defense and expansion — protecting existing rankings from new competitors, expanding into adjacent topics, and tightening conversion on traffic you already have. Several of our longest-running clients started from "already pretty good" and we've kept them #1 for 8+ years.
Do you work with my industry?+
