The story

A finished website is not a finished job

Betsy's site was done and it was good. The goal for this round was different: turn it into something that markets itself while she is out staging a house.

The recon changed the plan

The instinct with a content engine is to point it at the site and start producing. Dinko's constraint was blunter — no pages for the sake of pages — so a market recon ran before anything got written.

The data said to do less. The site did not need more pages; it needed the pages it already had pushed from the second page of results to the first. The content queue came out strengthen-heavy, and the single new page built that week was the one the data actually demanded: a vacation-rental design page for Bradenton, a market where the site was already ranking without having a page at all.

An AI drafts, a machine decides

Everything automated here follows the same rule: an AI writes the draft, a deterministic checklist decides whether it publishes, and the AI never touches anything live. Blog posts go out three mornings a week only if the checks pass. The Google profile gets a post every week from a library of sixteen. Her reviews sync themselves onto the site.

The point of the split is that a bad draft costs nothing. It fails the checklist and nobody sees it.

Introducing her to the machines

People increasingly ask an assistant for a recommendation before they ask a search engine. So the site carries a canonical brief written for those readers — who she is, where she works, what she does and does not do — plus a short version in the footer of every page. If a model is going to describe her business, it should describe it in her words.

The challenge

Purposely Placed Home needed a website that served double duty — attracting homeowners seeking interior design services and realtors looking for professional home staging to sell properties faster.

What we shipped

We designed an elegant website with a warm, curated aesthetic that showcases their portfolio of beautifully staged and designed spaces. The site speaks to both audiences with dedicated service pages for design clients and realtor staging partnerships.

Results
  • Click-to-edit on every word, photo, form label and auto-reply
  • A blog engine that publishes three mornings a week behind a machine checklist
  • Weekly Google Business Profile posts from a 16-post library
  • 17 Google reviews synced onto the site automatically
  • An AI-readable brief so assistants describe the business correctly

I can't recommend Dinko Design enough! Dinko has completely transformed my website and made it so much more than I could have imagined… What really stands out is Dinko's attention to detail and his deep understanding of the terminology and strategies that make a website effective. He explained the significance of using the right keywords for my business, which I never realized was so important. Dinko took the time to sit with me for hours, learning about my business as an interior stylist, so he could accurately represent my work and let potential clients get to know me better… Since Dinko started working on my website, I've seen a noticeable increase in traffic and more phone calls coming in. I'm so grateful to have him on my side.

Dinko over delivered for my website design and build in every way possible. The process was smooth and efficient. Dinko not only helped create a great looking website but more importantly one that performs great for speed and SEO. I went from 200 keywords to 330 keywords in just over a week from launching the new site. My website is converting more leads than ever! Thank you Dinko for the excellent service and experience.

Dinko can (and does) do it all! Working directly with him on multiple brand website projects, his approach is always focused on how to deliver the best results and tackle any and all hurdles that appear along the way. He's a collaborative partner that clearly views client success as the number 1 priority. He's detail-oriented and has a "we can figure that out" attitude about anything you're trying to accomplish. Can't say enough positive things about working with Dinko, but his work product is also exceptionally high quality. It's amazing what his unique skillset of design and development expertise bring to the table in terms of visioning and executing on first-rate web assets that strike the perfect balance of meeting customer needs and elevating your brand.
