I've worked with clients in Boise, Idaho, Louisville, Kentucky, and Alameda, California — and many more not surfaced here. Each market has its own dynamics, and the playbooks adjust accordingly. The underlying mechanics (Local SEO, Lead-Gen Websites, Paid Ads, Brand Identity) are universal.

How remote engagements work

  • Kickoff call (video, 60-90 min) — define scope, expectations, milestones, communication cadence.
  • Async-first communication — email + Loom + shared docs. Live calls only when truly needed.
  • Weekly written update — what shipped, what's next, what's blocked.
  • Monthly review call (video) — strategic recalibration, not status reporting.
  • Clear deliverables and timelines — written in the SOW, tracked weekly.

Time-zone reality

I work Eastern Time. Clients in Pacific Time, Mountain Time, Central Time — I adjust meeting hours but the bulk of the work runs on ET schedules. For most service-business clients, the time-zone difference is functionally invisible — async communication smooths it. For agency partner engagements where real-time collaboration matters more, we lock dedicated overlap hours.
